Monique has worked in the arts for over 25 years as both an artist and Arts Manager. She began her career as a professional classical ballet dancer, performing throughout Europe with the Bayerisches Staatsoper in Munich, including co-productions with the Bolshoi Ballet in Russia. She also performed with several Australian companies including Queensland Ballet, Australian Dance Theatre, and Tasmanian Classical Ballet.

After retiring from ballet, she studied Arts Management at the WA Academy of Performing Arts and went on to work with a range of organisations including Australian Dance Theatre, Quantum Leap, Youth Ballet WA, and Deckchair Theatre. She later served as Executive Director of Propel Youth Arts WA, where she gained broad experience across art forms and insight into the challenges faced by young and emerging artists.

Monique brings to WAYJO her extensive arts management experience, along with a strong commitment to supporting young artists. She is passionate about fostering opportunities for musicians and championing their contribution to the arts industry and wider community.

Holly is an arts manager, musician and wellbeing advocate currently working as Business Development Manager at WAYJO. Working closely with the Executive Team and Board, she leads initiatives focused on strengthening sustainable income streams and growing philanthropic and corporate partnerships.

Her career spans more than two decades across arts management, festival programming, education and performance. Holly has held roles with Perth Festival, Melbourne International Jazz Festival, Melbourne Festival (now RISING), Darwin Festival, and Perth International Jazz Festival, and has also worked as an educator at Scotch College, WAAPA, and within WAYJO’s Progressions program.

Originally trained in Classical Percussion at WAAPA, Holly later expanded her studies into jazz at the University of Melbourne and WAAPA. Alongside her work as a percussionist and drummer, she is also a singer, songwriter and collaborator who has performed with organisations and artists including Black Swan State Theatre Company, WASO, Australian String Quartet, The Cat Empire and The Panics.

Passionate about wellbeing in the arts sector, Holly holds a Master of Counselling from the University of Notre Dame and is an accredited yoga teacher. She has delivered workshops for organisations including Support Act, Arts Wellbeing Collective, Orchestra Victoria, and the Royal Australian Air Force Band, bringing a strong commitment to creativity, mentorship and community impact.

Paul is an experienced finance and administration professional with extensive expertise across accounting and business operations in both the not‑for‑profit and commercial sectors. He holds a Master of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts (Management) from Edith Cowan University, bringing a strong blend of financial acumen and organisational leadership to his role at WAYJO.

With more than 20 years experience in finance management, taxation consulting, business development, and stakeholder relations, Paul has worked across the arts, education, construction, professional services, and charitable industries. His capabilities span a broad range of financial and governance compliance functions, supported by advanced proficiency in multiple accounting systems.

Paul is recognised for his professionalism, discretion, strong client relationships, and practical approach to financial management. He is passionate about supporting organisations that create value for their communities and helping them operate efficiently and sustainably through robust financial systems and effective administration.
