2019 International Jazz Day Concert

Celebrate International Jazz Day at this FREE concert event featuring the next generation of jazz greats from the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra and WAAPA.
In November 2011, UNESCO officially designated April 30 as International Jazz Day in order to highlight jazz and its diplomatic role of uniting people in all corners of the globe. This year the official international celebration is held in Melbourne.
This event is presented in collaboration with WAYJO, Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), the Perth International Jazz Festival and with kind support from the Minderoo Foundation.
