WA Youth Jazz Orchestra

Join WAYJO at Lyric Lane’s Courtyard for a jam session as members of the Northern Corridor Training Band and Progressions take to the stage, with special guest appearances from Progressions tutors.

This free event is part of WAYJO’s Pathways Education Program, designed to nurture the next generation of jazz musicians. Throughout the year, these young artists develop their ensemble skills, improvisation, confidence and musical identity through workshops, mentoring and performance opportunities.

The Pathways Jam offers a relaxed and informal setting for students to share their progress, connect with one another and experience the spontaneity of live jazz in action. Bring a chair, settle in and enjoy an afternoon of emerging talent in the heart of Maylands.
